What is power bank sharing and how does it work?

Power bank sharing is a lifesaver when you're caught with a low battery and no power outlet in sight. It's a convenient service that lets you rent portable chargers while you're out and about, perfect for those moments when your phone decides to die at the worst possible time.

Here's how our power bank sharing works:

  • Mobile app: Access our service through the Joos app, which shows you all nearby charging stations and available power banks.
  • Renting a power bank: Once you've found a station, just scan the QR code or tap the contactless terminal to rent a power bank for a small fee.
  • Charging your devices: Use the power bank to juice up your phone or other gadgets on the go. Our power banks come with multiple cables to fit different devices.
  • Returning it: When you're done, drop the power bank off at any Joos station (doesn't have to be where you picked it up).
  • Payment: You're only charged for the time you used the power bank, with payment processed seamlessly through the app or terminal.
