What should I do if my power bank isn't working?

If your power bank doesn't turn on right away, try giving it a little shake to activate it. If it still doesn't work, return it to any Joos station and contact our customer support team. 

If the device stops working after about an hour and a half of use, it's likely running low on charge, and you'll need to rent another one.
