What's the correct way to return my power bank?

Follow these simple steps:

1. Locate the "Return Power Bank" button on the right side of the Joos station
2. Press the button
3. Look for the flashing light next to one of the open slots
4. Insert your power bank into this slot with the cable side going in first
5. Make sure the cables are properly tucked in
6. Wait for the confirmation light to ensure your return was successful
